Your choices at a glance
You can browse the directory without giving us your name or contact details. If you want help connecting with a clinic, your name is optional and an alias is welcome. Choose one email address or phone number where you can safely receive a reply. Voicemail and sharing with a clinic are separate choices, both off by default. Only authorized team members can access the request inbox. You can ask us to withdraw or delete your request. The sections below explain the information collected, service logs, retention and the limits of Quick Exit.
Search and browsing
Search filtering happens in your browser. We do not save your searches in browser storage or send them to a geocoding service. Search context can appear in the URL fragment so language switching works; your browser may retain visited addresses. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics. The hosting platform may process technical request logs and authentication cookies.
Quick Exit has limits
Quick Exit immediately replaces this page with the Canadian weather website. It does not erase browser history, downloads, device records or network activity. Private browsing also cannot hide activity from every device or network administrator.
Connection requests
If you ask us to help you connect with a clinic, we collect your optional preferred name, chosen email address or telephone number, contact language, voicemail preference and clinic preference. We also record the internal page that led to your request, the form language, your consent choices and their date, a request reference and follow-up history. We use these details to contact you, help arrange the connection and track how requests are handled. A connection request may reveal an interest in abortion care; provide only contact details you can safely use. Do not include medical information.
Team alerts through Formspree
After saving your request, our server sends Formspree a notification containing a request reference, a general alert message and a link to our private inbox. We do not include your name, contact details, clinic preference, consent choices or source page in this notification, and your browser does not contact Formspree to submit it. Authorized team members sign in to read your request. Formspree and the team’s email provider process the alert and related service logs; Formspree uses infrastructure in the United States. These notification copies have separate retention settings and are not erased automatically when a request is deleted from our inbox. Ask our team to remove related notifications too when requesting deletion.
Access, sharing and deletion
Only authorized team members can read connection requests in our private inbox. Submitting a request does not automatically send it to a clinic. If you separately authorize sharing, we may give your name, contact details and contact preferences to the clinic you selected, solely for that connection. Without that permission, we contact you and can give you the clinic’s details instead. Requests and their activity history are removed once older than 90 days when the inbox is next opened or a request is next processed; this is not a scheduled deletion at exactly 90 days. You may ask our team to withdraw or delete your request using your reference and the contact method used for follow-up, or the platform contact. Our team can delete it from the inbox. Hosting providers process storage and technical service logs.
Provider business requests
The provider form collects an organization name, business email, a public evidence URL and the type of request. Do not submit patient or health information. Requests are stored for review with restricted administrative access and removed after 90 days when the review queue next processes a request. For removal or privacy inquiries, use the general platform contact.
